The Fortune Cup

The first-ever Fortune Cup is here. Eastside Paddle Club is hosting this high-stakes tournament, powered by MoneyBall Nation, where players will battle for cash, pride, and the ultimate bragging rights.

Divisions, Payouts & Schedule

6 divisions, each with a max combined DUPR & a cash prize for the champions.

Men’s Divisions

• 8:00 AM – Men’s Open–$1,000 payout – Max DUPR: 11.0

• 12:00 PM – Men’s 4.0-4.5–$500 payout – Max DUPR: 9.0

• 4:00 PM – Men’s 3.0-3.5–$300 payout – Max DUPR: 7.0

Women’s Divisions

• 8:00 AM – Women’s Open–$500 payout – Max DUPR: 11.0

• 12:30 PM – Women’s 4.0-4.5– $500 payout – Max DUPR: 9.0

• 5:00 PM – Women’s 3.0-3.5– $300 payout – Max DUPR: 7.0

Payouts are based on bracket size and level. If divisions do not fill, payouts may be adjusted.

Entry & Tournament Details

• $80 entry fee per player

• DUPR recorded

• Official ball: Selkirk

• Any team over the max combined DUPR (+0.03 buffer at signup) will be removed.

Format

Round Robin

• 16-team brackets: 4 pools of 4

• 8-team brackets: 2 pools of 4

• One game to 11, win by 2 (cap at 13), side out scoring

• No timeouts

• All teams advance to playoffs

Playoffs

• Teams seeded based on round robin results

• One game to 15, win by 2 (cap at 17)

• One timeout per team

Championship

• Best 2 out of 3 to 11, side out, or one game to 15, win by 2, side out (depends on time)

• One timeout per team

• Winners take the cash
